A couple of notes to help with the acronyms and jargon:
Treatment:
RT-CRT only translates to: Radiotherapy with or without chemotherapy
Surgery + adjv RT translates to: Surgery followed by radiotherapy
Overall Clinical Stage:
Early 0,1,2 translates to Early (stage 1 or stage 2)
Late 3-4 translates to Late (stage 3 or 4) choose this if there was a lymph node in the neck
SITE:
Oral translates to: Mouth
Laryngeal translates to: Voice-box
Pharyngeal translates to: Throat
